Meet the Board

  • Jenn Parga

    Jenn received her Bachelor of Social Work in 2004 and her Master of Social Work in 2007 from San Diego State University. She practiced social work in the San Diego community of City Heights and worked in high schools supporting first generation college students. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the University of Southern California. She, her husband, and two girls live in San Diego. Parga's go to self-care includes yoga and naps.

  • Erin Del Rosario

    Erin was inspired to form JFFC through her work as a hospice nurse in recent years. Erin originally worked in the field of social work, after earning her Bachelors’ in 2002. She later decided to pursue a career in nursing; earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Erin lives in Temecula with her husband and three children. She is excited to grow and develop JFFC with the talented and dedicated board members, and the generosity of others.

  • Martin De Guzman

    Martin is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry's business and finance sectors. His dedication to supporting caregivers stems from his deep-rooted passion for the cause. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and currently serves as the Director of Revenue at a Southern California healthcare consulting firm. Residing in Ontario, CA with his wife and two children, Martin balances work with hobbies like playing the drums and golfing.

  • Ricky Del Rosario

    Ricky has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. He has worked at the bedside as a clinician, and behind the scenes in regulatory compliance. He currently serves as President & CEO of a growing company in the hospice and palliative care services industry. Ricky’s wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as his generosity, guide him in his work with JFFC. Ricky loves spending time with his family, and lives in Temecula with his wife and children.

  • Meagan De Guzman

    Meagan has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry primarily in Healthcare administration, human resources, and strategic management. She received her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at Cal Poly Pomona in 2011 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for agencies serving Hospice and Palliative care communities. Her passion for serving caregivers and patient’s families stems from experience in this under-served field. Meagan spends her extra time gardening and doing yoga.

  • Amber Ford

    Amber is a seasoned social worker, therapist, and educator who has worked in the field of human services since 2005. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University. In 2017, she completed her Doctorate of Education at the USC Rossier School of Education. Amber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and currently works as an Adult Therapist and Team Manager in integrated behavioral health. Her passion for supporting caregivers has personal and professional roots and she cannot wait to see the impact JFFC can make in our communities. She lives outside Los Angeles with her husband, two stepsons, and a menagerie of furry friends.
